Business Growth & Development Specialist

Analytics Computers is seeking a highly motivated sales professional / rock star with a proven track record in business development, prospect database management and lead generation through outbound calling. As an IT Managed Services Provider in the Denver / Front Range Colorado market, our core focus is bringing new clients onto our “all you can eat” managed services support agreements, generating a monthly recurring revenue (MRR). This Business Development role requires a rock star who creatively reaches decision makers and delivers our specific message securing qualified appointments. Analytics Computers seeks a team-member desiring a career, motivated by goal and quota attainment, commission-based compensation, and somebody who understands and accepts the challenges involved with new business development.

Primary Responsibilities: to meet or exceed activity quota for calls, conversations with business leaders and appointment production. Also responsible for managing the prospect database to ensure validity of each prospect record to enable efficient and effective outbound sales and marketing activity.

Knowledge, skills and experience with the following:

  • Proven track record of reaching decision makers through outbound phone calls
  • Experience getting past Gatekeepers and navigating through corporate structure
  • Proven to effectively communicate with business leaders and professionals
  • CRM management knowledge for database development and activity tracking
  • Consistent drive having demonstrated the ability to exceed quotas
  • Excellent communicator, oral and written
  • Desire to constantly grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Highly detail orientated
  • Valued Characteristics: Integrity, Persistence, Creativity, Curiosity, Competitiveness and desire to serve the Small to Medium sized Business Market

Position Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Telemarketing
  • Adhere to the corporate sales methodologies (Sandler)
  • Basic Metrics for Success
  • 75-100 dials per day
  • 10+ conversations with decision makers each day
  • Schedule 2-5 qualified appointments each week
  • Track activity and results in ACIS CRM
  • Log activity each day
  • Ability to attend first time appointments
  • Lead & Prospect Management
  • Manage the prospect database
  • Generate follow-up activity through CRM
  • Appointment generation

    Systems Technician / Help Desk Specialist

    Job Purpose and Position Overview:

    This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Technician responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem(s), determines and implements solutions, and interfaces with ACIS on-site engineers as needed.

    Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
    • Write training manuals.
    • Train computer users.
    • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
    • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
    • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
    • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • Clean up computers.
    • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
    • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
    • Install computer peripherals for users.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
    • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
    • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
    • Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

    Required Qualifications/Skills:

    • High School diploma or equivalent plus two years applicable experience
    • High-energy, self-motivated, detailed, well-organized
    • Excellent face to face communication skills
    • Excellent documentation skills
    • Ability to function within and contribute to a positive, team oriented, continuous learning environment
    • Ability to prioritize large list of tasks
    • Makes decisions in matters of significance

    Measures of Performance:

    • Internal company annual review scores. To be delivered by direct supervisor.
    • External customer satisfaction as measured by NetPromoter client satisfaction reviews and supervisor client reviews.
    • Training objectives achieved as requested. Listed in employee’s certification track.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • NONE

    Training Requirements:

    • Successfully complete at least 1 technical certification per quarter as defined in your certification track. Incentives are given for exceeding requirement.

    Physical Requirements:

    Job Purpose and Position Overview:

    This role is responsible for aligning clients with industry best practices, maintaining standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Manage client relationships from a technical standpoint including recommending client technology direction and planning
    • Ensuring client network and profile documentation is maintained and up to date
    • Performing regularly scheduled remote & onsite visits with each assigned account
    • Ensure client network is continuously being aligned with defined best practices
    • Work with Business Consultant team to make recommendations to improve client’s environment
    • Meet the performance goals established by the Executive Team and your direct supervisor
    • Read, understand, and follow all company and job-related policies and procedures.
    • Attend required company and departmental meetings
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
